+ How about sales tax?

Sales Tax is added to orders delivered within Georgia otherwise mentioned in the website. The state of GA requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in GA is 7.45%.

+ Can I call you to place an order?

+ Do you have Money Back Guarantee on Massage Chairs?

Yes, for all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. No refunds after 30 days. If buyer decided to return, buyer will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges (delivery, shipping charges to and from our facility). All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects in the product (within 30 days). After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.

+ How about International Orders? 

Duties, taxes and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. All international orders must be paid by credit card. International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment.

+ What is Curbside Delivery?

This is our standard delivery method and is included when you purchase any massage chair from us. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive unassembled in its original factory boxes. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.

+ What is White Glove Delivery?

By white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your destination and assembled together. White glove delivery can add about 1-2 weeks to the standard lead time of delivery. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service.


Questions about return?

+ How do I return?

• Please call (404) 334-3700, explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. It’ll be refused if you return the item before contacting us without a RMA number.
• Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
• Tape boxes securely and attach an appropriate shipping label.
• Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility.

Please note that limited warranties are non-transferable. The following limited warranties are given to the original purchaser by Cloud9 Massage chair. For information related to your product, our customer service can be reached by calling (404) 334-3700 or email us at info@cloud9us.com

Warranty coverage begins on the date the consumer purchases the products.

Warranties are only valid within the United States provided the product has been operated according to the enclosed instruction.

Year 1: All parts, labor, and framework of the chair will be covered by Cloud9 massage chair from the date of purchase. In other words, this warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer. Remote control is covered one year only.

*Our ION model massage chair, foot massager, Rumba exerciser, shoulder, portable massager and pillow type massager is covered full one year only parts and labor

Year 2-3: After reaching one year warranty, only parts are covered for two years.

This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from : Improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications of original condition, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, power surges, failure to follow operating instruction, transportation damage, abuse , misuse or environmental conditions, loss of use during repairs, products purchased from unauthorized dealers, normal wear and tear including Velcro/Zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric whether intentionally or due to accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, or soiled.

This warranty does not include any shipping expenses incurred.

All returns for issues other than aforementioned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods are required to be packaged in original packaging and materials, and the user is responsible for the cost of the freight shipping the parcel back to us.

All warranty service requires approval and authorization by cloud9 massage chair LLC.

Products require a Return Authorization number (RA) for any returns; Products received without a valid RA number will be refused. Cloud9 massage Chair Company will not issue RA numbers on freight damage for shipments to consumer, except for delivered and setup direct from Cloud 9 massage chair LLC
